Kamal Hossen 04:33
I sleep like a baby, I sleep at the wheel You burning is untrue, my bullshit is real You call me a hero time and again and I find me a crapper, hosenscheisser Time and again, go Just for a handful of silver I leave you Just for a ribbon to stick to my coat Found the one gift of which fortune bereft us Lost all the others she lets us devote* Let’s us devote, go Can you feel your spine now? Are you breathing? Can you feel your spine now? Are you breathing? Can you feel your spine now? Are you breathing?

Tirunelveli 03:32
No time to stand up on a hill And build a farm on lands we till No time to count the trees we pass Or pour some more, or mow the grass No time to pat each other's backs And ready them for known attacks No time to measure those humble chests And tell them how they fail the tests For lands we till and hills we break Were never really ours to take The grass we roll, the trees we pass All, and each, weren't meant to last The backs we pat, the chests we beat All destined for a crying defeat Cause all will burn and all will drown When love forever leaves the town And all has burned and all has drowned And love forever has left the town

Everything Gone too late Done breaking down Give it away Mug up the rules Nobody cares Hey, pious kinds are gonna sin this city and then Can't fight the hate so I give it away Can't afford a lolly so I go get a gun and boom Care for nothing, nowhere, no one You wanna come Start me up Well, hard luck All that money You're still here Tells a lot Yeah, pious kinds are gonna sin this city and then Can't fight the hate so I give it all away Can't afford a lolly so I go get a gun and boom Care for nothing, nowhere, no one

Splitfire 06:25
I wage a war, you come to die You ache and bleed, I grin and lie Thou shalt not notice, thou shalt not speak Thou shalt not have another savior but me Go pull the smoke in, your gods have spoken Take it or leave it, you lie defeated Wait till you see me, I’m your messiah Your loving führer, spitting fire I take your voices, you give me your minds How to build a nation? Breathe in, go blind Breathe in, go blind Go blind Go blind Go blind Go pull the smoke in, your gods have spoken Take it or leave it, you lie defeated Wait till you see me, I’m your messiah Your loving führer, spitting fire Wait till you see me, I’m your messiah Your loving führer, spitting fire Wait till you see me, I’m your messiah Your loving führer, spitting fire Raise your hands Stand in a line Say your prayers Your life is mine

Badger 03:49
Night is dark, cold or hot Dry or wet - I don't care Throw a rock, fire a gun Try to slay - come what may I'm hungry, I'm stupid You'll never break my spirit Dig a hole, build a wall Gonna run through them all When you think I am hurt That's when exactly I’m not I may scream, I may sway But I will die another day I'm angry, I'm wounded You say my gut is bleeding When you think I am gone I always come back winning Nothing can stop me when I’m hungry Two fights I fought but then I won three
7.
Your education – incapacitating, depreciating When was the last time you and I spent some time investigating Obliteration, disseminating – incriminate them No way to step or sigh, ‘cause time is gonna fly You're flesh and bones, with a will to survive What is a man, without a plan? So kill the boy, let the man be born now Why die in vain, go take your aim Let's find the sunny side of things not fake it A light there is in every soul to win it Oh there’s a slumbering rebellion, it's time we wake it We won’t be sad about the wheel, we break it A light there is in every soul Oh there’s a slumbering rebellion, it's time we wake it You’re flesh and bones, with a will to survive What is a man, without a plan? Don't try to find, some reason or rhyme Running out of patience, running out of time Run out of time

Kraanti 04:11
Sometimes resistance is not a matter of choice Not all battles are fought for victory Some are fought to simply tell the world that someone was there on the battlefield
9.
Far away, in a misty land Lives a lady we call hope Some see her as a guiding hand Some say she's a dying joke And the road you choose to take Shows you what you wanna see So you find someone to blame And we sail on newer seas Kill the boy, a man is born Waging wars at the break of dawn Fight a fight when hardest hit At his worse he will not quit Tired and tame would always sing Shattered songs of broken wings But a wise man once told me and you The best way out is always through* Wrecking day, a scary night To each his own hills to climb Tune is set, the words are right But the rhyme is yours to find To soothe a pain, to stop a cry For a shelter from the storm Least to do is hold that hand And the most, to bring it home

about

Diarchy's second album is a sharp reflection of changes in the three intervening years between this and the band's debut; changes that are personal and in the world at large. The duo's growth in these years is displayed in its immense ability to articulate such diversity as rage at political and societal ills, serenity in the security of a strong emotional shelter and thoughtfulness in forging a way forward, all with equal facility.

"They know how to lock down a Fu Manchu-style slacker groove and also sharpen their edges like Sixty Watt Shaman..” - Metalsucks, US
